Terms of Service
Agreement
By accessing SpecFlow you agree to these terms and to use the product in compliance with applicable laws. SpecFlow provides the service on an as-is basis without guarantees of uninterrupted availability.
Acceptable use
You will not attempt to overload the PRD or ticket APIs, reverse-engineer private endpoints, or resell SpecFlow without written permission. Rate limits and quotas protect service stability.
Plans and billing
The Free plan includes five lifetime Markdown exports. Upgrading to Pro through Stripe unlocks unlimited exports until you cancel. Fees are billed in advance and renew monthly unless cancelled.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the ideas, PRDs, and tickets you generate. SpecFlow owns the platform, UI, and underlying models. We may use anonymized usage metrics to improve the service.
Limitation of liability
SpecFlow is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from use of SpecFlow. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the service.
Changes
We may update these terms or pricing as we evolve SpecFlow. We will notify you via email or in-app messaging, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
